Our engagement model depends on the project scope. For sourcing and verification projects, we typically work on a project fee basis. For exclusive distribution and strategic partnership negotiations, we may work on a success fee or a combination of retainer and success fee. We always discuss pricing transparently before any work begins — no hidden commissions, no undisclosed supplier kickbacks.

We cannot guarantee exclusive rights — that decision ultimately rests with the manufacturer. What we can do is assess the feasibility, help you structure a compelling market commitment, design the negotiation strategy, and represent or support you in the negotiation. The final authorization depends on commercial terms, purchase commitments, market capability and the manufacturer's own strategy.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a core principle of our work. We are happy to sign NDAs before receiving sensitive information. Your specifications, pricing, target markets and business strategy are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We treat client information with the same care we would expect for our own.

For a standard product sourcing request, initial research and shortlisting typically takes 1–2 weeks. Full verification, comparison and negotiation support can take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Custom machinery, medical devices and regulated products may take longer due to certification review and technical discussions. We always provide a timeline estimate after reviewing your specific requirement.

Yes. Our China-based team conducts on-site factory visits when the project requires it. We also offer video factory audits for initial screening. A factory visit is particularly recommended for high-value equipment, custom manufacturing, or when you need to verify production capacity and quality control systems firsthand.
